Payments
Online payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe, acting as payment processor. Qriva never receives or stores card details.
Intellectual property
The Qriva name, logo, interface and content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of M&C MANAGEMENT AND CO. The QR codes you generate and the content you encode belong to you.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
