A window display is read from around 1 m through glass, so print at 8–10 cm and mount it at eye level; a code lower than a metre from the ground is awkward to scan. On a For Sale board read from 3–4 m, go to 30 cm or more. Reflections are the main enemy: matte laminate and a position away from direct sunlight make a real difference.
Landing on the specific property page, not the agency homepage, is what converts. Anyone standing outside the building has already chosen the property — an extra search step loses them.
Static or dynamic?
Dynamic is recommended. Properties get sold, prices change and listings move between portals, so re-pointing the same window card or board is far cheaper than reprinting — and the scan counts tell you which windows actually work.

Other use cases
Poster and flyer
Download the vector SVG so the code stays razor-sharp from an A5 flyer to a 4 × 3 m billboard.
Use the wa.me format: https://wa.me/33612345678 — country code, no plus sign, no spaces, no leading zero.
Business card
Fill in your contact details and the generator encodes a standard vCard, so scanning opens the phone's contact form pre-filled.
YouTube
Paste the video, channel or playlist URL and download the code for your packaging, manual or display.
